Enumeration
This object is used to indicate whether or not the system is to be checked for active alarms before proceding with a software upgrade operation. If set to yes, the requested action will not be performed if alarms are active on the system. If not specified in the same set request as the swUpgradeCmd object, the value is defaulted to yes.
