Controls and reflects the number of Fine coefficients per downstream frequency in the cmDsCalFineCoefTable. Note that the total number of entries in this table will be the value of cmDsCalNumOffsets (from the BRCM-CM-FACTORY-MIB) multiplied by this value. If this value is changed, then the cmDsCalFineCoefTable will be destroyed and rebuilt with the new number of coefficients, but all coefficient values will be set to zero.
