Acknowledge an alarm. An input octet string consists of the
alarm key ID expressed as 'mmm:ggg:iii:aaa:sss' where:
   m : Module ID value of decimal digits(1-255) or
       blank space(s) for leading zero(s)
   g : Gen ID value of decimal digits(1-255) or
       blank space(s) for leading zero(s)
   i : GenInfo ID value of decimal digits(1-255) or
       blank space(s) for leading zero(s)
   a : Alarm ID value of decimal digits(1-255) or
       blank space(s) for leading zero(s)
   s : Alarm severity value of decimal digits(1-255) or
       blank space(s) for leading zero(s)
          
          
NOTE 1: Value returned for the GET command is meaningless for
this MIB object.
