mobileStatIccId

The ICC-ID of the SIM-Card found in the mobile device
which is actually enumerated with mobileStatIfIndex.
              
Some UMTS modem vendors offer no capability to
read this ID before entering a valid PIN :-(
In this case the default configuration is choosen.
