column mandatory r/w Enumeration 
Set trunk DDI (direct dial in) mode for provider entry:
              
'off'      -> Normal mode with single number account;
'client'   -> The gateway is DDI client;
'server'   -> The gateway is in server mode. So DDI clients
		can connect to the Mediagateway;
'gw-trunk' -> The Gateway is DDI client but is used as trunk.
              
Default value is off.
