This object specifies which modulation modes are allowed 
for this wire pair.
16             - 16-TCPAM, used for Annex A,B and F,G.
32		- 32-TCPAM, used for Annex F,G only.
4, 8, 64, 128  - non standard proprietary modes.
On CPE site more than one mode can be allowed by adding 
the values.
On CO site only the highest mode is used if several
values are added.
