counters, viz., counters with the OID prefix
'mvpnMrouteOctets', 'mvpnMroutePkts',
'mvpnMrouteTtlDroppedOctets',
'mvpnMrouteTtlDroppedPackets',
'mvpnMrouteDroppedInOctets', or 'mvpnMrouteDroppedInPackets',
suffered a discontinuity.
If no such discontinuities have occurred since the
last re-initialization of the local management
subsystem, this object will have a zero value.
