A avWlanSwitchIgmpSnoopingEnabled trap signifies that the SNMP entity,
acting in an agent role, has successfully enabled IGMP snooping on a mobility vlan.
local vlan identifier which is mapped to mobility vlan is passed as parameter.
The trap is Disabled by default.
