notification 
A avWlanSwitchIgmpSnoopingDisabled trap signifies that the SNMP entity,
acting in an agent role, has successfully disabled IGMP snooping 
on a mobility vlan. Mobility vlan name is passed as parameter. The trap is 
	Disabled by default.
