column Integer32 
An arbitrary integer which, in the case of the
source VCL having an atmVclCastType of
'p2mpRoot', serves to distinguish between the 
multiple leaves attached to a root of a 
point-to-multipoint Soft PVCC. If the atmVclCastType 
is not 'p2mpRoot' the value 1 shall be used.
