Building number in which to search for the target device. Please note that only configured buildings will be accepted. Buildings with no configured floors are not accepted. Value 0 is used to indicate search in all of the buildings in the system. Value 0 is accepted only if there exists any configured building-floor. Setting building to 0 will automatically reset floor value to 0.
