A 12 bit indentifier for this VLAN.
0 - The NULL VLAN ID. It is used when the
tagging header contains only user
priority information; no VLAN identifier
is present in the frame. This number is
not allowed here.
1 - The default VLAN ID; To be used as
default PVID for the port through
which tagged frames will be sent within
the switch.
4095 - Reserved for implementation use.
