The switch will detect a Broadcast or
Multicast storm on the network based on the
value represented by this object. The switch
will declare that a storm is present if the
bcast/mcast	 rate is over the threshold
defined by eSWBCastMcastThreshold for this
duration of time. The value must be greater than
or equal to 2 seconds.
