scalar r/w OctetString 
This variable defines the syntax for generating a loop id for Ethernet
based DSL line terminated by GPON ONTs, and for Ethernet lines terminated
by GPON ONTs. GPON ONTs are connected to the system via a GPON
transmission technology.
It is a string to define  a specified format at the system level.
