This object indicates the laser temperature low warning threshold of network lane for CFP4. 
When any network lane's laser temperature of CFP4 is less than this value,then alarm OLTTEMPLOWARN will be reported.
The module level threshold is indicated by sfpDiagRSSITemperatureWarnLow.
Applicable only for CFP4,Shown as 'Not Applicable' for others.
'Not Supported' is shown when the matching profile is not found.
