This is the first index of the sfpDiagTable.  
              
Normally, this object contains the Logical Slot ID (as defined in
the Equipment MIB) of the card which has the SFP cage of interest
on its faceplate.
If that card does not have a Logical Slot ID, the Logical Slot ID
of a related card is used.
