This attribute contains the reason for the last port
switchover (if any).
              
 0 = No switch has occurred (since last LT startup).
 1 = Manual switch due to port Admin State change.
 2 = Manual switch due to usage of Switch command.
 3 = Automatic switch due to system determination.
 4 = Automatic switch due to LT failure.
