asamCurrentAlarmStatus

This object defines the current status of all alarms within one
alarm type and one index1-index2 combination at that time. The
alarms are represented in a bitmap with the following bitpositions:
      1       NoDefect
      2       AlarmNumber  1
      4       AlarmNumber  2
      8       AlarmNumber  3
     16       AlarmNumber  4
     ..       ..............
