This object defines the status of alarms in an alarm type at the
time the snapshot was taken. The alarms are represented in a bitmap
with the following bitpositions : 
    1       NoDefect
    2       AlarmNumber  1
    4       AlarmNumber  2
    8       AlarmNumber  3
   16       AlarmNumber  4
   ..       ..............
