Zero Disables threshold reporting for Voice Metrics. Non-zero specifies the maximum number of logs allowed to be sent to report when a threshold is exceeded. The more logs that are allowed, the more metrics that can be reported. Metrics are reported in the order specified in arrisMtaDevVqmMetricIndex. To minimize network traffic, logs are sent only when a threshold is first exceeded. Thereafter until the metric returns to normal, logs are inhibited. To change this operation to send logs each time the threshold is exceeded, add 100 to the MIB value.
