This MIB object reports the RTP packets lost since the MTA was last started up or reset. This value represents the total number of packets lost for all endpoints combined. It is calculated from values obtained from the signaling end of call statistics. Setting the MIB object arrisMtaDevResetCallStats to a value of true(1) will clear this counter.
