scalar r/w Enumeration 
This MIB object will control the comparison/handling of MTA DHCP Opt 122 SubOpt 3.
A value of off(1) will disable DHCP option 122 suboption 3 comparison/handling on the fly.
A value of on(2) will enable DHCP option 122 suboption 3 comparison/handling on the fly.
SNMP notifications will be sent to the new Provisioning SNMP Entity.
The default value is off(1).
