This MIB defines the time, in 100ms increments, to wait after a DLCX is received before determining if an automatic OSI should be generated by the MTA to force a line disconnect. The default time is 5 seconds. A value of 0 would cause the OSI to be sent immediately (if there are no other connections on the line). The ppCfgMtaCallpFeatureSwitch must have the 0x20000000 bit set for this feature to be enabled.
