This MIB when enabled will allow the modem to accept and download a new image that has the same filename as the previous download. By default this MIB is disabled to prevent an automated provisioning system from downloading an image the modem has already received. This override only affects docsDevSwAdminStatus initiated upgrades using upgradeFromMgt, using allowProvisioningUpgrade and identical filenames is still blocked.
