This object specifies the Service VLAN ID assigned to frames ingress at this port
when the classified Customer VLAN ID is same as specified in this entry 
and the Destination IP address in the IP header of the frame is same 
as specified in this entry. Classification of Customer VLAN ID may be
from the Customer VLAN tag in the received frame OR based on Port CVLAN table.
