advertisements sent on this IPv6 interface. This defines the
time in seconds for which this entity acts as the default
router for all all hosts on the interface. A value of 0
indicates that the entity is not a default router.
The value can be configured in the range between
fsMIIpv6IfMaxRouterAdvTime and 9000 seconds.
