The priority of the filter can be used to decide which filter rule is applicable when --> the packet matches with more than one filter rules --> All the filter rules result in 'allow'ing the packet Higher value of 'L3 filter priority' implies a higher priority. Usage of 'L3FilterPriority' is implementation dependant.
