Object

scalar r/w Enumeration 
This object is used to enable or disable Vlan Based Queueing
in the system. When set as 'enabled', QoS module programs the
	hardware with the Hierarchical Scheduling Schema for Vlan based
queueing. When set as 'disabled', it removes the hardware
configuration.
