This object clears the following counters for the DCBX CEE control 
state machine and resets its value to FALSE when set to TRUE
             fsDcbxTxTLVCounter,
             fsDcbxRxTLVCounter,
             fsDcbxRxTLVErrors.
                              
Setting this object to FALSE has no effect.
