Specifies whether session-level cryptography is supported.
This value is used for negotiation during session activations
(SNA BIND).
     notSupported    -   Specifies session-level cryptography
                         is not to be used.
     mandatory       -   Specifies session-level cryptography
                         must be used.
     selective       -   Specifies session-level cryptography
                         is required just on selected requests
                         flowing on the sessions.
