OctetString
The SNA name of the local LU to which the CNOS command is
to be applied. This field is from 1 to 17 characters in
length, including a period (.) which separates the
NetId from the NAU name if the NetId is present.
This object should be set to the desired value before setting
the command (appcCnosCommand).
This parameter applies to all CNOS verbs.
