Indicates the number of bytes that was received on the
conversation.  The count includes all SNA RU bytes sent,
including those in the FMH-5 (Attach), FMH-7 (Error
Description), SIGNAL, LUSTAT, and SNA responses; it does not
include SNA TH and RH bytes.
