column Unsigned32 
An index that uniquely identifies an entry in the
apmExceptionTable amongst other entries with equivalent index
values for apmAppDirAppLocalIndex and
apmAppDirResponsivenessType. Each such entry sets up
thresholds for a particular measurement of a particular
application.
