The value of aeSapIpipeIpcpSecDnsAddrType specifies the type of
aeSapIpipeIpcpSecDnsAddr, the IP address of the secondary DNS to be
used by the remote peer.         
              
This object can be set to non-default only when the sap encapsulation 
is ipcpEncap(6).
