notification
The aluPtpMasterChange notification is generated when a PTP clock has changed its source of synchonization. The aluPtpPeerIpAddr is the IP address of the new timing master. This IP address will be associated with an aluPtpUcMasterTable entry. This notification will also be associated with changes in the parentDS of the containing clock. The aluPtpClockNotifyIndex identifies the row the entry in the aluPtpClockTable.
