Indicates the number of microseconds the other
end-station waits after the reception
of a pause frame.
Note: Pause Flow control is not available for 10Mbps.
For 100Mbps, the possible value range is
5120 nanosec to 0.3 sec.
For 1Gbps, the possible value range is
512 nanosec to 0.03 sec.
