This object contains the Tracking Policy Entity. A port
ifIndex or 0 if not significant.
The alaVrrpTrackEntityPort, alaVrrpTrackEntityInterface,
alaVrrpTrackEntityIpv6Interface, and alaVrrpTrackEntityIpAddr
are mutually exclusive of one another. The last one set is
the valid one and identifies the entity type.
