notification
The topologyChangeVcpState notification is generated when a VCP has transitioned its state from disabled to forwarding or from forwarding to disabled. The spanning tree topology has been modified and it may denote loss of customer access or redundancy. Check the new topology against the provisioned topology to determine severity of connectivity loss.
