The value of the object tmnxSvcObjRow indicates
the object that has failed to perform the set action
requested by the Time-Of-Day Suite.
Its value will be the OID of the first accessible
object in the row of the sapBaseInfoTable or in the
custMultiServiceSiteTable, depending on whether the object
is a SAP or a Customer Multi-Service Site.
