The value of the object tlsFdbSdpId specifies, when the
value of tlsFdbLocale is 'sdp', along with tlsFdbVcId,the
SDP Binding associated with the MAC address
defined by tlsFdbMacAddr. This object is other-
wise insignificant and should contain a value of 0.
