Object
The value of svcEpipePbbRowStatus is used for the
creation and deletion of Provider Backbone Bridging
information in a EPIPE service.
To create an entry in the table, svcEpipePbbBvplsSvcId,
svcEpipePbbBvplsDstMac, svcEpipePbbSvcISID objects
must be set.
