tAtmTdpCLPTagging controls the setting of the CLP bit in the ATM cell header for egress traffic on an IES or VPRN SAP. If disabled (the default), all traffic has the CLP bit set to zero. If enabled, traffic queued on expedited queues has the CLP bit set to zero, while traffic on non-expedited queues has the CLP bit set to one.
