notification
The tFilterEntryActivationRestored event can only be generated for entries that are controlled by a tmnxTimeRangeEntry. If the tmnxTimeRangeEntry becomes active the indicated entry must be installed. The event tFilterEntryActivationFailed is generated when this installation originally failed because of resources problems, The notification tFilterEntryActivationRestored is sent when either the time range associated with the filter is no longer active, or when the filter entry was installed due to the availability of new resources.
