On create, the specified logical switch interface must exist in alaOpenflowInterfaceTable, otherwise an entry creation in this table would not be allowed. Deletion of an interface entry in alaOpenflowInterfaceTable would result in deletion of all entries for that interface in the alaOpenflowInterfaceVlanEntry
