scalar r/w Enumeration 
This object is used for enabling or disabling
the processing of LBD frames originating from a
different system (non local origin).
On enable   : The switch processes LBD frames 
originating from different switch.
On disable  : The switch drops/ignores remote-origin
LBD packet and counts as an invalid frame
