The value of alcatelIND1IsisSpbSysOverloadOnBootTimeout is the amount of time, in seconds for which the router operates in the overload state before attempting to reestablish normal operations when the system comes up after a fresh boot. While in overload state, this IS-IS router will only be used if the destination is only reachable via this router; it is not used for other transit traffic. The value of 0 means the router is in overload infinitely.
