off(=1)/loopFreeBoth(=2)/loopFreeMcastOnly(=3)
off => disable agreement digest checking in hellos
loopFreeBoth => block unsafe group and individual
traffic when digests disagree.
loopFreeMcastOnly =>block group traffic when digests disagree.
The default is loopFreeBoth.
This object is persistent.
