The ifIndex of the port used to reach the neighbor.  When creating 
a static neighbor the port ifIndex must be specified.  On read, 
a value of zero indicates the port ifIndex is not known/not applicable.
              
This object's value depends on the value of alaIPv6NeighborPortType.  
  unknown - 0
  physical - the ifIndex of the physical port
  linkagg - the ifIndex of the link aggregation
  sap - the ifIndex of the SAP
  sdp - the SDP ID
