The VLAN Tag to be used for classification of tagged pkts. VLAN Tag of 0 indicates no VLAN is associated. The VLAN Tag is of the Q-in-Q VLAN Tag format, where the value of the outer 802.1Q VLAN ID is encoded in the least significant 16 bits, and the value of the inner VLAN ID is encoded in the most significant 16 bits.
