This date will be reset once the value of
aaauPasswordAllowModifyDate is updated.
              
Only the following format is valid:
              
mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm
              
where
mm   - month  (1-12)
dd   - day    (1-31)
yyyy - year   (2000-2050)
hh   - hour   (1-24)
mm   - minute (1-59)
              
Password will not be expired if set to empty string
